Earn
Earn is staking: commit tokens, earn a daily reward, and get your tokens back when you want them. Three screens cover the whole cycle.
Chapter Overview
Staking a token on UNIT pays a return set by the token owner. What makes it worth reading a chapter about is that neither end happens automatically: rewards must be claimed, and unstaked tokens must be withdrawn.
Everything here lives under a token's Earn, and the Earn screen carries a card for each:
- Earn — stake and unstake
- Claim Rewards — collect what you have earned
- Releases — track unstakes and withdraw them
The two things that catch people out
- Rewards expire after seven days
- "Rewards are not paid automatically… Unclaimed rewards expire and can no longer be claimed." Rewards land daily, so a weekly visit loses nothing. The Reward Statement keeps a running total of what you have lost by not claiming.
- Unstaking takes time and cannot be undone
- Unstaked tokens sit through an unbonding period, earn nothing while they wait, and "cannot be cancelled from this app". Then they must be withdrawn.

Common Workflows
Start earning
Open the token, select Earn, enter an amount and watch Estimated yearly rewards as you type. Review and sign.
Collect what you have earned
Claim Rewards, oldest row first. Check Expires Soon on the Reward Statement tab if you have been away.
Get your tokens back
Unstake on Earn, note the estimated available date, then withdraw from Releases once ready. One withdrawal takes everything available.
Work out whether it is worth it
Use Estimate My Rewards on the Reward Statement — enter an amount, keep or adjust the APR, and pick a period.
